Case Study: I-9 Compliance, Immigration and Work Visas

Employers are legally required to verify the identity and employment authorization of every employee they hire by completing Form I-9.  Strict adherence to immigration laws and document review procedures is critical, as failing to maintain compliance can lead to substantial fines and penalties from the federal government.
