Managing Leaves of Absence

The Ali Law Group assists clients with developing, implementing and managing legally compliant leaves of absence policies and procedures.

 Under both federal law and state law, covered employees have to provide leaves of absence to employees from their jobs for certain events/circumstances.

The Ali Law Group will help create awareness of these laws, how they overlap and intersect, and the employer’s obligations when faced with situations that implicate these laws, which include:
