The Ins and Outs of Wage Notices and Commission Agreements

The Wage Theft Prevention Act provides strict requirements for employers to provide both wage notices and paystubs to their New York employees. New York also has strict requirements for commission agreements when used by employers and we will discuss some of the frequently asked questions that arise when employers are utilizing these agreements. Employers should be aware of these requirements and their obligations under the law. In this webinar, we will review the employer obligations as well as some of the frequently asked questions that arise about wage notices and commission agreements.

We will also present a hypothetical situation working through the steps that should be taken by employers when issuing wage notices and utilizing commission agreements.
