Compass will provide the HR expertise to implement and execute on any legislative changes and provide advice and guidance for employee relations issues.

Your Basic Retainer for $999 includes:

1. Employment legislative alerts via email to your designated contact(s)
2. Live, interactive webinars and workshops delivered by Compass and Ali Law Group’s @work with ALG service
3. An on-demand library of content through @work with ALG
4. Dedicated team at CWS of HR Business Partner, Generalist and Administrative Support.
5. Bank of hours with CWS for HR services/consultation over a 12-month period via phone/email

Basic Retainer clients are also entitled to the following:

• 10% discount off our HR Consultant hourly rates.
• Retainer clients receive return calls or emails on a priority basis and within 24 business hours.
• Only retainer clients have non-business hour access to CWS consultants’ early morning, nights, weekends, and holidays via direct dial numbers
• Retainer fees are billed monthly and due upon receipt.
• Retainers may be cancelled with 60-day notice by either party; the annual subscription is not prorated or refunded.
